Never let another holiday sneak up on you. I took a large plastic crate with hanging folders and labeled the folders from 1 to 31 These folders help me plan for special events at the beginning of the month. I cut poster board strips to make labels of birthdays, holidays, field-trips. I also put any consumable papers in the date for when I am going to use them (All the papers I need on the 1st will be in the hanging file labeled one).This is a great way to keep copies organized.

I got smiley face clips to mark weekends.
